Marina Tyquiengco is a second year PhD student in the History of Art and Architecture department at the University of Pittsburgh. Her research is on photographic based contemporary  Indigenous art of Australia, Canada, and the United States. She has a forthcoming review in First American Art Magazine. She serves as the Art Editor for Hot Metal Bridge Magazine. She has contributed to and edited for Contemporaneity, the peer-reviewed graduate art history journal at the University of Pittsburgh.
